~Paralleled only by my love of vintage furniture, my eye for cameras have always been a driving force behind my creativity. I painstakingly inspect, clean, and test each and every camera that passes through my hands allowing a WORRY FREE EXPERIENCE for those shooting. Since 2001 I have been buying, selling, shooting, and professionally publishing articles all things Polaroid! To date, I have sold over 5,000 Polaroid cameras online and am very excited to pass along my treasures.

We had a bit of an issue with shipping (an Etsy problem, not a seller problem) and immediately after I messaged the seller, the problem was taken care of and I was reimbursed. Very pleased with the price, the product, and the customer service!

What is the shipping time-frame for my lovely new treasure?
MOST standard sized items will ship within posted shipping time frame listed on each page after receiving a cleared payment and will be shipped with tracking information. We encourage you to message regarding inquires on shipping time frame and/or method of delivery prior to purchase.
Larger items like furniture and specialty items (art, etc) may take a longer to adequately ensure they arrive safely. When shipping using GREYHOUND, packages go to closest station...

Does your shop offer cancellation, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstance?
All items sold in my shop are vintage & used, unless otherwise noted. Best way 2 determine the condition of item is to view the photos on a large screen (not cell phone) and read item descriptions with patience & detail as THERE IS NO ROOM IN MY SHOP FOR BUYERS REMORSE;no refunds/exchanges due to covid.
If you have any questions about the condition of an item please contact me. I will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have Buyer is responsible for due diligence associated with purchasing items online (reading description & store policies, delivery, viewing photos on adequate device)

In the incredibly unlikely circumstance that things go sideways along the way, what then?
If you received a damaged treasure, you MUST retain ALL packing it arrived in. We have to be able to cooperate with USPS/FEDEX/USPS/GREYHOUND during claims process; in some cases, they insist on a damage inspection. If this is the case, you must make yourself available to do this required but easy step at your neighborhood post office. We MUST abide by the decision of USPS regarding claims.
If your treasure says its delivered but its not anywhere to be found. rest assured, we will work to track it down
